Our Carnitas Burritos weigh a full pound, which is fun. I braise some pork butts with classic Mexican spices, a little citrus, garlic, onion, and a super top secret authentic ingredient (Mexican Coke). The shredded tender Mexican pork is hugged by cheese and nestled into a bed of rice and beans. It's all wrapped up in a big 12" flour tortilla and ready for a few spins in your microwave. Hope you love it!

MICROWAVE: Remove from plastic. Place paper-wrapped frozen burrito on plate, microwave 3 min, flip burrito, nuke for additional 2-3 min until heated through (165º). Every microwave is different. Covering plate with plastic wrap will help burrito steam/cook better.
