Oh how I love a microwaveable burrito. Even those gross ones that are filled with some sort of canned pet food can really hit the spot around midnight. But I've been curious to see how a good frozen burrito might taste. And after years of testing these out on my own, we've got it figured out.
The Chicken Burritos weigh a full pound, which is awesome. And I grill marinated chicken thighs over a real fire for these burritos and our bowls, which means the chicken in these has color. For those of you who live bland lives filled with dry white chicken, this could be new for you. I hope you love our new Chicken Burritos!
MICROWAVE: Remove from plastic. Place paper-wrapped frozen burrito on plate, microwave 3 min, flip burrito, nuke for additional 2-3 min until heated through (165º). Every microwave is different. Covering plate with plastic wrap will help burrito steam/cook better.
