When I was in grad school in Boston back in 2005 & 2006 I drank a maple latte every day of Fall. (Maple is a whole thing in New England, even though WI maple syrup tastes better and Vermont can take a hike.) So when B&B asked what I'd like for an exclusive Poco flavor I said "MAPLE!" so fast. I stayed so caffeinated through the test phase of this latte.
Espresso, milk, cream, local maple syrup, maple extract.

These bottled coffee drinks are made by our friends at Beans & Bites in North Fond du Lac. If you haven't visited their boutique coffee shop yet, you must. They're located just 6 minutes South of our farm -- on the same road. (They are also phenomenal caterers if you're in the need!)
