It's been a whole year since we last developed a new Breakfast pizza. So we were knocking around some ideas, and I just could not get this one out of my mind. I visited England a few years ago, and my first morning in London started with the Full English Breakfast pictured here. I just knew in my heart it would work so well as a pizza. A quick google showed me that other equally mentally unstable chefs have also attempted a Full English Breakfast Pizza, but with the English baked beans as the sauce. But, like, yuk. So we use our cheese sauce, and then I dot the pizza with little dollops of the beans. Then double meats, some hash brown pieces, and it's all covered with cheese.
I LOVE this one. All of the pizzas are special to me, but this one will live in my top 10 for many years to come. (I did not include the traditional blood sausage, sautéed mushrooms or the fried tomatoes because I felt like I was already asking you to trust me on the beans and the blood sausage would have been a bridge too far.)
