A few years ago I was visiting family in Seattle. After a night of bar hopping, I stumbled upon that town's greatest hidden treasure. The hot dog vendor on the street had a crazy long line. Everyone was getting the same thing. A hot dog on a grilled bun, smeared with cream cheese and topped with caramelized onions. I think about that hot dog more than I care to admit. While we wait for anything to start sprouting in the gardens this Spring, I think this as a Winter pizza works great. I recommend dunking in some cheap yellow mustard and/or being slightly intoxicated when you eat it.
