1,000 ISLAND DRESSING
SWISS AND MOZZARELLA CHEESES
It's pure nostalgia for me, but my most favorite sammy in the area is the Reuben from Friar Tuck's. I typically don't order it for my meal when I'm there because nobody deserves to watch meat juices drip down to my elbows. So I get one to go and I eat it over the sink like a feral beast, dimly lit by the fridge light the entire time because I tell myself I'm just about to put the rest back for later. But I never do.
This has all the reuben essentials with the swiss and kraut, corned beef, and 1,000 Island. Will someone please make us a rye pizza crust? That's the only thing that could possibly make this pizza better. I hope you love it.
(We have made a reuben pizza in the past but I used red sauce instead of 1,000 Island. So that makes this one a 1,000x better IMO.)
