For family parties, someone always makes this layered hot dip with cream cheese, hormel chili, and cheddar cheese. We call it Poop Dip, but I'm sure it has a more appetizing name among the more refined folks. Anyway, I turned it into a pizza!
I made the chili using home grown beef and local beans and layered it on top of a pepper jack and cream cheese spread. All of it is on my wood-fired Italian crust. Then, naturally, it's topped with cheddar, mozzarella, and provolone.
This'll keep you warm on those cold Wisconsin nights.
