Tender pieces of chicken smoked for us by Beck's Meats, paired up with crispy smoked bacon all nestled into a sweet honey bourbon BBQ sauce. But the real shining star is somehow the cheese! Our local cheesemakers at Grandé just released a new shredded smoked mozzarella. You just need to try it for yourself. We have some real artisans in our community. Once again, I have to say it... we're so lucky to live where we do.
