This is not designed to be eaten for supper, rather it's meant for you to whip out during one of your many upcoming holiday parties. It can easily be cut into 16 perfect pieces to share with your nearest and dearest. I roasted a ton of fresh jalapeños from our farm, with extras from both Park Ridge Organics. I seeded and de-veined the peppers, but they still pack a nice punch. They're folded into cream cheese with a little garlic, cheddar, and cream. Layered onto a wood fired crust and topped with more cheese and some deep fried croutons to give it that 'just out of the fryer' flavor. Share this one. No individual person should consume this much cream cheese in a single sitting, even though I know in my heart a few of you are going to try.
NOTE: This is not insanely hot. But if 'hot' salsa is too hot for you, this will be, too.
