This is our local version of a Hawaiian Pizza. Our wood-fired Italian crust, tomato sauce, mozzarella and provolone cheeses, Door County cherries, and slow-smoked pulled pork. We take the leftover cherry juice and cook it down until it's a sweet, thick syrup. Then we drizzle it over the pork. O. M. G.
