This is our new Italian Sausage & Spicy Broccolini pizza, but without the Sausage!

"We were supposed to be getting a bushel of fresh Broccoli Raab from one of our local Organic farmer friends. But by Sunday when they went to pick it for us, aphids had taken over. So we had to pivot - quickly. Because that's just life sometimes.

Instead we grilled some fresh broccolini over a wood fire, and kissed it with a touch of salt and some spicy chili flakes. Broccoli Raab is crisp and bitter and aggressive, whereas Broccolini is tender and delicate and sweet. So to make up the difference, we added some heat. My internal gauge for heat has never worked right, so I don't think this pizza is hot. But some of you will. Hope you love it!"
