PARMESAN CREAM SAUCE

LEEKS ARE BACK!
We toss our sliced red potatoes in salted cream, roast them, then layer on our wood-fired Italian crust topped with parmesan cream sauce, local provolone and mozzarella cheeses, and our own pork sausage. The inspiration for this comes from my favorite Tuscan soup.
What's a leek? It looks like a giant scallion/green onion, but tastes very mild and creamy.
