I cooked over a dozen turkeys this Thanksgiving. We made all of our own turkey stock to use for stuffing and gravy, but we still have a few gallons left. So I froze it in quart containers for you to use this holiday season. It's wholesome, full bodied, and far better than the sad broth in a box.
Ingredients: Roast Turkey, Smoked Chicken, Water, Onion, Celery, Carrot, Garlic, Parsley, Sage, Black Pepper, Salt
Once thawed, refrigerate & use within 3 days
Reheat to minimum temperature of 165 degrees
