Even the Wisconsin-raised chuck on this pizza is priced around where high end steaks used to be. But I've also noticed nobody's appetite for beef has let up. So I challenged myself this week to make a chuck roast so good that I like it\/crave it more than steak. Y'all... I did it. This one's unbelievable. I slow smoked the whole big primal cut of chuck until it was tender and juicy and close to falling apart. And once I realized it was so good, I immediately did it again so we could make enough pizzas.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe layer the beef atop our homemade creamy horseradish sauce, and finish it with some sweet caramelized onion and a drizzle of A-1 Steak Sauce. (I love A-1, and I've tried making my own over the years, but sometimes you have to accept that you just can't beat the original!) I hope you love The Chuckwagon!
