Anyway, the MexiMelt was my favorite and I could easily eat 6 of them back in the days when I'd find myself there around 1 in the morning. I've been making this pizza every so often for over 9 years now. It's our \"Taco Pizza\". Wood-fired crust topped with scratch-made queso, seasoned ground beef, pico de gallo, and a nice local blend of 4 MexItalian cheeses.
