So this has a Korean gochujang pepper sauce beneath tender \u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003emedallions\u003c\/span\u003e of apple and ginger marinated pork tenderloin that I grilled over a wood fire. And a little Chinese spicy chili crisp on top to finish it off. It's a little sweet and it's packed with big umami flavors, and it's spicy I didn't think it's hot hot.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAlso the name of this pizza comes from my favorite breed of Chinese pig.
