And last week I got a call letting me know they just harvested their first ever batch of Lion's Mane mushrooms. I can't legally tell you that this pizza will improve your life. But it has certainly improved mine. The mushrooms themselves are thick and meaty and a blank slate for flavor. We paired them here with some big flavored basil pesto, a drizzle of a sweet roasted red pepper sauce, and some whole roasted garlic. I LOVE how this one turned out.
