HOME-GROWN BEEF CHILI W/ LOCAL BEANS

This pizza was first introduced for Wiener Week 2 years ago. It's one of my all-time favorites.
I make the chili using home grown beef and local, organic beans and layer it on top of a pepper jack cream cheese spread. Sliced local wieners are the star. All of it is on my wood-fired crust. Then, naturally, it's topped more cheddar, mozzarella, and provolone.
