When my birthday would roll around as a kid, my go-to birthday meal request was this cheeseburger casserole my mom would make. It was ground beef, cheez whiz, and french fries on top. It was my most favorite thing, and the only time I felt ketchup was an acceptable condiment (I was one of those strange kids who thought ketchup was kind of gross and way too sweet). I thought it would be fun to turn that favorite dish into a pizza. This is so simple and so comforting and full of flavor. We need this after the week we've had. I love how this turned out. And yes, please serve with a bottle of ketchup. This is the only time I'll recommend that. Ever.
