I really like a little heat sometimes. More in the Winter months. I think because winter veg can get so boring after a couple months. This pizza is absolutely not boring. Tracy from Olden Organics had a plethora of leeks left from her late harvest, and she's always swimming in sweet potatoes. So I brought them together with some spicy imported chili peppers from Calabria, Italy (the toe of the boot).

Typically I think I know exactly how something new is going to taste, but other times a particular combination of ingredients comes together with a surprising result. This is one of those. Slightly sweet, savory, salty feta cheese, bright, fresh, and full of umami flavor. It's all the things. Hope you love it.
