DOLLOPS OF BOURSIN CHEESE SPREAD
RED SAUCE
MOZZARELLA & PROVOLONE
WOOD FIRED CRUST
Know what I found out last week?! My most guilty of pleasures -- that fancy & full-flavored Boursin creamy garlic spreadable cheese that's probably for crackers but I eat with a spoon -- is made right here in Neenah, WI! I know! This heaven-sent luxury is local y'all. And for decades I felt fancy thinking it took a boat ride from France to find me. I mean, I'll still feel fancy, but I'll probably drop the French accent now when I'm eating it.
We tried a lot of variations to come up with a special pizza using this creamy delicacy. In the end, classic red sauce, cheese, big dollops of this heaven-sent cheese spread on our wood fired crust won the taste tests. Any other toppings seemed to drown out the angels that sing when you eat this cheese. I hope you adore this one!
If anyone from Boursin sees this and wants me to stop using your name, like OK, but a bunch of people are going to grab more of your glorious stuff at the store so please tell your lawyer his letter does not need to be strongly worded.
