12 Plump Ravioli
Five Cheese Ravioli are made with fresh pasta, Belgioioso Cheeses (made with milk from our farm!) [fontina, aged provolone, parmesan, asiago, ricotta con latte, mascarpone], heirloom garlic, cracked pepper, sea salt. This is the classic comforting cheese ravioli of your childhood, but filled with deliciously creamy grownup cheeses. Also I count 6 cheeses, but I didn't name the pasta so let's just embrace the extra cheese.
Dalla Terra Pasta has been making incredible pastas in Appleton since 2019. All of their scratch-made products use local ingredients. Everything has been crafted with great care.
MY PREFERRED RAVIOLI COOKING METHOD:
Heat enough oil/butter to coat the bottom of your sauté pan over medium-high heat. When it glistens, add the thawed ravioli, keeping them gently moving in the pan until a little brown crust forms, reduce heat, add a splash of water, and cover for a minute or two. Turn off heat, add another knob of butter, or any pasta sauce you might want, and enjoy.
