The first day there was a chill in the air, I got 3 different emails from customers asking if this was coming back on the menu! So here you go!
Wisconsin was a settleable land in part because root vegetables made our winters survivable. They love our soil and stay delicious for months. I took some of our best, local, organic root veg and roasted them with some fresh thyme. Some of the veggies are home grown, and the rest came from my friends and neighbors at Park Ridge Organics and Olden Organics. It's warm and comforting and delicious.
