I love being able to do this pizza again! It makes the snow and cold feel a little less harsh. I took some of our best, local, organic root veg and roasted them with some fresh thyme. Some of the veggies are home grown, and the rest came from my friends and neighbors at Park Ridge Organics. It's warm and comforting and delicious.
(not spicy at all - not even a little)
