Seven years ago when we first made this fantastic beauty, I made a note that it was "AOIT"... ahead of it's time. It's a little over-the-top and y'all weren't quite ready for the true uniqueness of our creations back then. Everyone who had it absolutely loved it, but it just sold slower back when french fries on a pizza were scary. But I think you know better now, and you're finally ready for us to bring back this AOIT pizza this week!
When my birthday would roll around as a kid, my go-to birthday meal request was this cheeseburger casserole my mom would make. It was basically ground beef, cheez whiz, and french fries on top. It wasn't gourmet by any stretch. It was more like eating a hug. I was also a pretty anti-ketchup kind of kid, but the cheeseburger casserole was best eaten with a side of ketchup. As is this pizza. Trust me on that. Also after it bakes if you put some pickles on it, I wouldn't be mad at you. I hope you love it - it's one of my most favorite pizzas from the 420+ different kinds we've made.
